I am an enthusiastic and dedicated Functional Medicine practitioner. It is a privilege to be part of my patients' healing journey, and I am deeply committed to helping them achieve their health goals. My passion lies in Functional Medicine, and I am known for my inquisitive nature and ability to tackle complex cases. I firmly believe in treating each patient as an individual, recognising that we are all unique and have different needs.

In addition to my professional work, I am a mother to three children. I understand the demands of a busy family life and how it can take a toll on our health and well-being. I have seen firsthand how a child's illness or misbehaviour can impact the entire family dynamic. Therefore, I approach my patients with compassion and understanding, knowing that each person's situation is unique.

My personal experience with Inflammatory Bowel Disease for the past 25 years has fueled my passion for all things gut-related. I have dedicated years to researching and studying the intricate relationship between our gut health and overall well-being. I am particularly interested in how diet and food intolerances can have a significant impact on symptoms and how lifestyle factors and nutrient deficiencies can play a crucial role in conditions such as ADHD, fatigue, anxiety, OCD and mood.

I strongly believe all children deserve a healthy start in life and have spent many years learning about children's health (under the mentorship of international integrative pediatricians and organisations). As children grow, they are more susceptible to illnesses from exposure to environmental toxins and nutrient deficiencies compared to adults. As a MINDD Foundation Practitioner – I focus on paediatric disorders such as ADHD, asthma, allergies, chronic illness, fussy eating / learning delay, and digestive and behavioural disorders. Reoccurring colds, frequent ear infections, constipation, reflux, learning difficulties, rashes, bedwetting and temper tantrums, and other child health complaints can all be signs of an underlying condition. Early treatment can have a massive impact on their ongoing development.
