Procedure for Returning Faulty Goods

Notification: If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at hello@angelaosborne.co.nz within 7 days of your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the faulty product, including the batch number and expiry date if applicable.

Return Shipping: For faulty items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a return shipping label via email once your return has been approved.

Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the faulty product, we will process a refund or send a replacement as chosen by you. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.​
