These gummies are easy to make and are a great snack to keep in the fridge. Warning these are highly addictive.
Recipe
4 Tbsp Great Lakes gelatine powder
3 Tbsp Maple syrup
1 Tbsp Seleno health Chocolate Maca
2 cans of Ayam Coconut cream
5 drops of vanilla bean extract
Divide one can of coconut cream between two measuring jugs. Mix in the Chocolate Maca powder into one jug and the vanilla into the other jug.
Pour the other can of coconut cream into a cold saucepan, add maple syrup, and slowly add the gelatine mixing well to make a thick paste.
Please saucepan on a low heat and stir until completely dissolved, Do not boil.
Once mixed into a smooth paste, divide the warmed coconut cream into each of the two measuring jugs.
Mix, pour the white layer into the base of the mould, and place in the fridge for 5 minutes. Once set, pour over the chocolate layer and place back in the fridge until completely set.
* Note - You can add more or less maple syrup depending on your taste or use honey
For Low carb snacks, only use one Tablespoon of Maple syrup.
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
